The lodge had a charming and cozy decor that made me feel right at home. The common areas were easy to navigate and accessible for senior people like me. It was a delight to relax in the comfortable chairs and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the rainforest surroundings.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in organizing activities suitable for senior guests.

The sound of the birds and crickets
It was nothing like we expected, the room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos on the internet. We stayed in a one bedroom "cabin" which was dark. They are not cabins, there are four units joined, they do have their own separete balconies but there are ash trays on all the outside tables which means smoke would come in from the next balcony, They also overlook the carpark. They look a bit tired and old. Very disappointed.

A perfect location for exploring the local Crater Lakes area (I highly recommend the Lake Barrine walk, boat trip and afternoon tea, plus Nicks pizza in Yungaburra) plus the waterfalls circuit. John was a perfect host, enthusiastically providing lots of useful information. He was also a huge help when our group needed help with car hire and late arrival. Lovely relaxing property with plenty of privacy, nice firmish king size bed, well equipped kitchen and bandicoots at the end of the driveway. Really not much more I could ask.

Our stay at Chambers Wildlife Rainforest Lodge was simply amazing. Located in the middle of the rainforest, it provided a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy nature. The accommodation exceeded our expectations with its comfortable bed and well-equipped amenities. The beautiful ambience of the resort, along with the wonderful pool and decorative statues, made our experience even more enjoyable. We were also lucky enough to witness some incredible wildlife, including a sugar glider and a cute bandicoot. The central location of the lodge allowed us to easily explore the Atherton Tableland. The detailed directory prepared by the owner was a great asset in enhancing our stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

Loved the rainforest and the birds. The clientel were very considerate of others.
We stayed 6 days and at no time was the room serviced in any way. No fresh towels, no rubbish removed. The road into resort in very poor state.

We had an amazing time experiencing the beauty of the rainforest at this lodge. the cozy cabin was recently updated, offering stunning views of the rainforest right from our bedroom window. the facilities, including the pool and main deck, were great. We loved the morning hike around the property and nearby Lake Eacham. the wildlife sightings were incredible. the location was secluded, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
The unsealed road leading to the lodge could have been better.

Our budget traveller experience at Chambers Wildlife Rainforest Lodges was excellent. the service was outstanding, and the staff were really nice. the tent we stayed in was spacious and had en-suite toilet and shower facilities. the bed had nets to protect us from insects. the night tour guided by a knowledgeable expert was a highlight. the food at the lodge was cheap and the portions were generous. the location, nestled in the rainforest, offered stunning views and plenty of wildlife, including beautiful birds. the room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We were even greeted by a friendly resident dog named Honey. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and would love to return someday.
Felt fine, no complaint.

The location of this hotel was amazing, surrounded by nature and wildlife. We loved being able to experience the rainforest and all its beauty. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The eco environment was a great aspect of this hotel, showing a commitment to sustainability and preserving the natural surroundings.
One downside was the lack of amenities. We were hoping for a pool area with a barbecue, but it was not very inviting or well-equipped.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.
